These terms govern membership in L&T Group Luxury Travel LLC and use of the L&T member portal. By applying for or activating a membership you agree to them.
Membership
- Membership is by application and may be declined at our discretion without stating a reason.
- Each tier defines its price, billing period, benefits, restrictions, number of named travelers, eligibility, renewal, upgrade, plan-change and cancellation rules as published on the Memberships page at the time of purchase.
- Memberships renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. A reminder is sent in advance.
- Benefits described as “subject to availability” depend on partner inventory and cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings and concierge requests
- L&T acts as an intermediary between members and travel suppliers. Supplier terms, including cancellation policies, apply to each booking and are disclosed before confirmation.
- Requests are confirmed only after written approval by the member and receipt of any required deposit.
- Changes and cancellations follow the supplier’s policy; L&T will always seek the most favorable outcome.
Legacy Wallet and rewards
- Wallet balances are held in USD and may be used for any booking arranged through L&T.
- Privilege Rewards are granted according to the tier rules in effect and have no cash value except as expressly stated.
- Generational transfers are available to Black members and require written instruction from the member.
Portal access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect the security of the platform or other members.
