Information we collect
- Application details: name, contact information, country of residence, membership interest and travel budget.
- Member profile: traveler information, preferences, documents you choose to upload and communication history.
- Booking and request data: destinations, dates, itineraries, confirmations and concierge requests.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address and usage of the member portal, used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To evaluate applications and administer memberships.
- To plan, book and manage travel on your behalf, including sharing the minimum necessary details with hotels, airlines and partners.
- To operate the Legacy Wallet, rewards and billing.
- To secure accounts, prevent fraud and keep audit records required by law.
What we never do
We do not sell member data. We do not share your itineraries or whereabouts with anyone who is not required to deliver the service you requested. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your profile.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and sensitive information is available only to authorized staff. We retain data for as long as your membership is active and as required afterwards by accounting and legal obligations.
